Our primary line up for Inflatable Boats are using Plastomer fabric as the best available materials which is well-known for its special Polymer coating. Using our years of experience in manufacturing Inflatable products, we made some improvement by adding semi-sol coated fabric, which works as lamination between 2 layers of PVC on the woven polyester fabric with rollers.By applying this very material, we obtain an immensely strong, wear resistant and waterproof, which makes our fabrics virtually unaffected by weather (excess of heat, cold, or humidity), fuel, oil, sunlight, or everyday abrasion.

Hypalon Fabrics Boats
We understand that, despite the greatness of our Plastomer fabric quality, there are some applications which require an upper set of standards in Inflatable Boat. Thus, Hypalon Fabric is your ultimate answer for tougher boat applications.Hypalon fabric consists of four layers of calendered sheets offering guaranteed air retention (no porosity) and optimal adhesion to rubber. It consists of neoprene for internal air retention, high tensile polyester for the base cloth, an external neoprene coating and then a final coating of ultraviolet and abrasion resistant Hypalon which results in improved resistance against gading and aging due to weather, fuel, oil, and everyday abrasion.
